** Outdoor Reiki Sessions Available, Weather Permitting!! **

Jen is based in Ramsey, NJ and serves clients in Northern NJ and Southern NY, including Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Rockland, Orange and Westchester Counties. 

She will travel for sessions/classes.

Jen offers the following types of Reiki healing sessions:  

 

One-on-One Sessions

Typically last about an hour, with additional time before and after for processing and asking/answering questions.

 

Group Sessions 

Can be conducted with 2 or more individuals at a time; Jen sends the energy to the group as a whole. These can be done in many different settings, including yoga classes, meditation circles, office break rooms, etc.  Sometimes a specific intention may be requested (i.e. sending love, peace, joy, clarity) and other times general Reiki is sent to everyone.

Distance Healing

Can be conducted from anywhere in the world because Reiki can be transmitted through time and space.  At a designated time, the client lays quietly and receives the Reiki for about an hour.  After the session is complete, a phone call is scheduled to process and discuss the session.  If requested, an open online connection during the session can be arranged (i.e. WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.).  Jen has sent Reiki to clients in Seattle and London, while being physically located in New Jersey, with fascinating results.
